1953 | In January 02, 1953, the greatest mass demonstration in Eritrea was held, under the leadership, Woldeab Woldemariam who was the president of the Eritrean trade unions, at the time. Diplomatic representatives from different countries are taking part. The Ethiopian government feels attacked at this point, and start to silence the organizers.
